This incident has been resolved.

Our hosting service we use for PDF generation has had a downtime which impacted the availability of our PDF service. We have moved the service to a different region to resolve the issue and labels and other PDF documents can now be created again. Documents that were not created due to the downtime will automatically be created, however this can take some time.

The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
