Monitoring - Since our hosting provider is taking longer than expected to fix the issue, we have implemented a temporary workaround on our side to redirect users to motiontools.com from motiontools.io. Please note that you may have to refresh your browser and re-enter your credentials. We will change this back once our provider resolved the issue on their side.

Identified - The issues has been identified to be on our infrastructure level with our hosting provider. They have opened up an official incident on their end a few minutes ago and are investigating themselves: https://status.heroku.com/incidents/2673 We hope that they will be able to fix this quickly.

Investigating - Some of our tenants currently cannot access the dashboard. This is restricted to tenants that have non-white-labeled domains. We are actively investigating the issue. All other features are operational and not impacted.
