Our apps are using a service called Pusher for real time communication and Pusher currently experiences an outage in the EU cluster: https://status.pusher.com/incidents/77czsxb3zsfq

However, as they previously had an outage, we took measures to deal with such an incident quickly and already switched to the US cluser before pusher even reported their outage. Our engineering team will take further measures in the next days to reduce the impact of such an outage even more.

All systems are back to normal performance. However we advise all customers to restart their mobile apps and refresh their browsers.
