Dear customer,

we want to inform you about a an upcoming, scheduled downtime that is planned for later in February.

During this time the MotionTools System will not be available for up to ONE HOUR:

- Start: Tuesday, February 27th, 11PM CET
- Duration: up to 60 Minutes
- Impact: All components, including API, Dashboard, Apps

We will use this slot to do required database maintenance, which we expect to take less than 60 minutes.

If you are getting additional data feeds from MotionTools for analytical purposes or using some of our BI dashboards, we might need some additional time to get everything up and running again. This process may even take longer than 60 minutes.

Please inform all impacted users (admins, drivers, customers...) yourself if you think that it is necessary.
